Praise Team

Sundays - 9:15am in the Music Room

• Monthly commitment

• Rehearse contemporary praise music sets

• Perform during worship service each week

• Introduce, lead, and encourage congregational singing

 

Worship Choir

Wednesdays - 7:30pm in the Music Room

• Monthly commitment

• Rehearse choral anthems to be sung as special music

• Perform during worship on the 1st and 3rd Sundays of each month, and at the Christmas and Easter services

• Offer traditional and contemporary SA(T)B selections for meditation

• ALSO… Rehearse contemporary worship music to encourage congregational singing

• Sunday morning warm ups with the Praise Team are encouraged, with the choral anthem to be rehearsed after (on 1st & 3rd Sundays)

 

Instrumental & Vocal Solos / Small Ensembles

• One Sunday commitment

• Rehearse music selected by individual musicians or music director

• Performance opportunities are during worship on the 2nd Sunday of each month, and at Christmas, Easter, and/or any other Sunday service if needed

• Offer traditional and contemporary selections for service music or meditation

 

Handbells

Wednesdays - 6:30pm in the Sanctuary

• Monthly commitment

• Rehearse handbell pieces to be played as a prelude and/or special music

• Perform during worship on the 4th Sunday of each month, and at the Christmas and Easter services

• Offer traditional and contemporary selections for meditation

• On the 4th Sunday of the month, warm ups begin promptly at 9:00am
